I some time ago travelled on a journey in spain and had the bad luck to reserve a room without air conditioning, well it could have been that or it had, had no air conditioning maintenance completed on it for a quantity of time. The saviour on that trip was that we had hired a little car to drive around in, and yep you guessed it, it had a sweet little air conditioning unit fitted within. We found ourselves getting a couple of hours wandering around the areas tourist sites and then making a b line back to our little oasis of cool on four wheels.
